Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sterilizing, cleaning, assembling, and packaging medical supplies and equipment to ensure patient safety.

– Clean and decontaminate instruments, equipment, and supplies
– Assemble instrument sets and trays following established count sheets
– Inspect instruments for cleanliness and proper function
– Operate sterilizers, washers, and other equipment according to manufacturer instructions
– Monitor and record sterilization parameters
– Maintain accurate records of processed items
– Restock supplies in the operating room and other departments as needed
– Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques

– Knowledge of inventory management practices
– Understanding of human anatomy and physiology
– Proficiency in aseptic technique
– Familiarity with medical terminology
– Experience in sterile processing preferred

At this time, we will continue to provide full physician services in the office as well as physical and occupational therapy, imaging, pain management, and walkin clinic services for your immediate, acute orthopaedic needs.

We are working closely with our hospital partners for the continued provision of urgent and emergent orthopaedic care.
